WE ARE LOOKING FOR A LOVELY FAMILLY, PENSIONIST OR WORKING FAMILY WICH ARE LOOKING FOR A HOUSE TO ENJOY DURING THE WINTERS, FROM 10TH SEPTEMBER TILL 15TH JUNE YOU´LL AND YOUR FAMILLY WILL ENJOY ON THE BEACH. ONLY TO RENT TO COUPLES OR FAMILIES. -Ground floor: little garden, patio, hall, living room, independent full equipped kitchen, terraced, bathroom with shower and stairs. -First floor: Large marriage bedroom with bathroom in suite, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with 2 singles beds, 1 single bedroom and stairs. -Second floor: Large bedroom with a marriage bed and one single bed. On this bed room is available another 1 single bed. Solarium. Memory and qualities:. The house was built in 2. 005. Normally is our particular house for summer. It´s only be rented twice, only three tenants, during last 2 winters, 14 months, the same tennant. All furnished arel of high quality, door in cherry colors and in the Ground floor the furniture are cherry color too, matching curtains with the walls and furniture. Leather sofa, protected with cover and original painted pictures decorated the walls. Bedrooms with qualities furniture too and different styles. Floors on ceramic, marble stairs with pine railing, bathrooms with ceramic of Aghata Ruiz de la Prada and Porcelanosa, aluminum joinery, double glazing, blinds on all windows, central air conditioning on the main floor and first, solar hot water, alarm connection. The house is in corner to East and South face. We can offer you since weekly stays, preferably with entry and departure on Saturdays, or if you prefer another days please ask about your needs. For others stays, long term rental, please write us and we´ll give you a price accord with your request. The house is right for 6 persons ( if you are more, ask us). Price depend of the season, please ask the price for your dates holidays. Parking and basement are not inluded on the rental. If you need to know more please write us. WINTER RENTALS Price is for a contract of 9 months, from 15th September till 15th June, each year. If you want to rent during less time, ask about the price. •CONDITIONS TO RENT: • •-Your full data, NIE number. •-You have to prove your solvency: •-show your incomes, annual or monthly. •-Not be in unpaid lists ( delinquency lists). •-1st month is paid in advance. •-1 month is paid as deposit, guarantee for damages. •-1 month , our fees. We delivery you our invoice into your name. For short rentals ( 3-6 months), our fees are 250 euros, as minimun. •-monthly doesn´t included water or electricity, WIFI is included. •-at the end of the contract, there is a charge of 180 euros as final cleaning of the property. Our Lessors don´t allow pets. If you have pet, please ask us.
