I was completely renovated in 2010, and I have PVC CLIMALIT glazing with blinds, mosquito nets, and grilles. The bathrooms and all the porcelain tiles in the house are Porcelanosa, as well as the jacuzzi. Through the automatic gate with 2 controls, you can enter your vehicle with total comfort. The decalcifier protects the household appliances from limescale. The Osmosis water purifier saves you from having to buy water at the supermarket, which not only saves you money but is also very convenient. I am very well connected to the world, as I have 1 GB fiber optic internet from Movistar. I have also installed a network of repeaters through which the Wi-Fi reaches the garden.
